Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During new drops, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Time

  • Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Any promotions such as free shipping will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.


Tracking Information

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Linen Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • Linen Collective is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.


Shipping Delays

  • Linen Collective is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We appreciate your patience during peak seasons and holidays.


Pre-Order Items (if applicable)

  • If your order includes a pre-order item, you are required to pay shipping on the preorder item. 
  • Estimated ship dates for pre-order items will be listed in the product description.
