Return Policy – Linen Collective

We truly appreciate your support and want you to love every piece you receive from Linen Collective. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

  • You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
  • To request a return, please email shoplinencollectiveinfo@gmail.com with your order number and item(s) you wish to return.
  • Returns must be approved before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
  • Once approved, a return shipping label will be provided.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your store credit.


Store Credit Only

  • All approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
  • We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.
  • Store credit will be issued once your return is received and inspected.


Final Sale Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Claim game purchases
  • Accessories
  • Shoes
  • Gift cards


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Free of stains, odors (including perfume or smoke), or damage
  • Properly packaged
  • With all original tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied and returned to the customer at their expense.


Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must email shoplinencollectiveinfo@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.
  • Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • Claims submitted after 2 days may not be accepted.


Processing Time

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for returns to be processed once delivered back to us.
  • You will receive your store credit via email once your return is approved.


Shipping Disclaimer

  • Linen Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.


Refusal of Returns

  • Linen Collective reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our policy.
